The objective of establishing a quality management system in our Dialysis Centers is to improve patient and employee satisfaction, target quality service by prioritizing patient and employee safety, and make it continuous. Quality studies in our Dialysis Center are carried out by the ” Quality Management Unit” with the participation and support of senior management and clinical quality management officers in line with the Ministry of Health Quality Standards in Health (SKS) -Dialysis Set. SELF-ASSESSMENT

  • Self-assessment (internal audit) performed at least once a year in our dialysis center as a requirement of the Quality Standards in Health (QSH-Dialysis Set).
  • Our self-assessment teams consist of Floor Responsible Nurses, Head Nurse and Quality Management Director.
  • The employees of our dialysis center are informed about the Self-Assessment plan via Internal Communication Form and e-mail before the self-assessment.
