WE CARE ABOUT THE SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AS BOĞAZİÇİ DİALYSIS CENTER
We would like to inform you with the text below to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, and to protect personal data according to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), as Boğaziçi Diyaliz Merkezi (Ozan Sağlık Hizmetleri Tic. A.Ş.), in the capacity of Data Controller, your personal information will be recorded, stored, updated, disclosed/transferred to third parties where permitted by the legislation, classified, and processed in the ways listed in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Offering our company’s products and services with all legislative requirements within the framework of our company’s field of activity, contacting you regarding the products and services you have requested / will request in this regard, reporting, intelligence, potential customer detection, etc. in all kinds of products and services about commercial activities; Registration of identity, address and other necessary information to determine the details of the transaction owner; arrangement of all records and documents that will be the basis of the transaction electronically or on paper; compliance with the legislation, information retention, reporting, information obligations stipulated by public authorities; the provision of our company’s products/services; fulfillment of the requirements of the contract you have concluded. This personal data will be used to provide services related to the activities of our Company and to increase the quality of these services, to fulfill any and all activities of our Company, to comply with information storage, reporting and information obligations.
PERSONS/ORGANIZATIONS THAT PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED FOR THE ABOVE-MENTIONED PURPOSES
Individuals or organizations permitted by the provisions of the legislation; including but not limited to medical companies and third parties; public legal entities; our main shareholder, direct / indirect, domestic / foreign subsidiaries; program partner organizations and third parties where we receive services, collaborate and cooperate to carry out our activities.
THE METHOD OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Your data may be collected through customer interviews by all service units of our Company, digital submissions to our website, product sales transactions, market intelligence, social media, scanning of judicial records, etc. through other channels through which our Company communicates / may communicate with you.
PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Our company is liable to take the necessary measures to protect your personal data and is responsible for protecting this information against loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration or destruction. In this context, the Company is committed to taking all necessary technical and administrative measures and show due diligence to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data. Notwithstanding that our Company has taken the necessary information security measures, in the event that personal data is damaged or seized by third parties as a result of an attack on the website and the system, our Company undertakes to immediately notify you and the Personal Data Protection Law of this situation.
YOUR RIGHTS PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
By contacting our company, you may request;
a) To learn about whether data is being processed or not,
b) To request information if your personal data are processed,
c) to learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used following its purpose,
d) To identify the third parties transferred to at home/abroad,
e) to ask for correction if they are incomplete/incorrectly processed,
f) To request deletion/destruction under the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data,
g) To request notification of the operations carried out in compliance with subparagraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
h) To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
i) to request compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of personal data.

[email protected] should be used regarding your data, and requests and notifications from channels other than this address will not be taken into consideration. The rights within this scope became effective as of 07.10.2016.
