- Epicrisis Report
- Results of blood tests and examinations made within the last month.
- Hepatit Marker + Anti Hiv
- Copy of Identity Card
NOT:
Patients with Turkish citizenship, and covered by general health insurance are not charged any additional fee for hemodialysis treatment.
Patients covered by the Green Card are not eligible for free treatment per current regulations.
